Actually, I took this shot from the parking lot of the Mt Soledad. Funny how the parking can sometimes be a subject as good as the main monument ;)

This photo looks very otherworldly, yet reminds me of the genre of science fiction.

The contrast between the flowing, ethereal clouds and colors and the stark frame of the tower really make the composition. Great work.

I love how sinister this feels. Was this taken anywhere near Ramona? I used to live there by San Diego, and Mt. Soledad sounds familiar.
